About the Role We’re looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established retail store in Melville. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll support store operations, drive sales performance, and create a safe, engaging workplace where your team and customers thrive. You’ll play a key role in coaching team members, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring every customer receives expert advice and genuine service.
